Plus overall? Noita is an easily moddable, single player game at the end of the day. It would probably do the most to break game balance in the earlygame where you wouldn't have it anyways because you haven't filled your inventory of excess spells yet, so in the mines/coal pits you can easily loot every wand you find then stack all the attack spells on some machine gun shuffle wand, instantly have the chainsaw starter wand, etc. SUPER game breaking, honestly? Tinkering is absolutely one of the key features of the game, I've seen the opinion expressed many times that it should be a perk given by default, and nightmare mode which is made directly by the devs even starts off by giving you Tinker Anywhere. These special modifier versions of spells are indicated by a red icon on the spell and will effect your spells in many often strange ways.I haven't used it myself, but I'd say it's not.
